Welcome to our home where we live by the saying, “Mi Cas es Tu Casa”. We strive to exceed your expectations and to offer you the best in a beautifully furnished and fully equipped sub-penthouse two bedroom condo.

Pavilion Bucerias is located only a 25 minute drive (10 miles) from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport in Bucerias’ desirable Golden Zone on the pedestrian friendly Calle Lazaro Cardenas. It is one of the newest and most luxurious buildings in Bucerias. It is located only a two minute walk from the sandy beach of the Bay of Banderas which is one of the most beautiful sandy beach bays in the world.

We love to share all the bay’s glory with our guests, from the impressive displays by our humpback whale visitors to the charm of Bucerias with its friendly people and natural beauty. Our building was completed in 2022 with a stunning architectural design. It incorporates natural stone and wood facing and tempered glass railings to harmonize with its surroundings. We are walking distance to numerous restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and art galleries. We are a low-density building with only 24 units. So you will enjoy a tranquil, spa-like stay with our friendly and international residents.

Our large rooftop common area includes an infinity pool and jacuzzi spa, a dining and cocktail area with tables and umbrellas, a lounge area with sunbeds and umbrellas, an outdoor “living room” with a sectional, an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table and a stainless steel barbecue, a fully equipped gym, a bathroom and a shower area and strong wifi. It has a panoramic view of the Bay of Banderas.

Our condo has two views. One is from its balcony over the charming tile roofs and gardens of Bucerias and the mountains behind it. The second is an ocean view from the front of our condo. We enjoy watching the sunset from there with a cocktail while sitting on two bar stools.

The building has a staffed reception area in the lobby as well as 24/7 security for our assistance and safety.

Please be very cautious when renting a condo in Mexico. When we searched for accommodations in the past we found that many, if not most, units were sparsely furnished with poor lighting, cheap furniture, very little or cheap artwork, hard beds, poor quality linens, poorly equipped kitchens, no blackout blinds and terrible, if any, sundeck table and chairs. In contrast, we have equipped our unit lovingly for ourselves and for our discerning guests.

About the Unit

Our well furnished and spacious two bedroom sub-penthouse condo includes sliding natural wood doors that both make the living room expansive by day and provide privacy at night for one of the sleeping areas. It also includes floor to ceiling sliding glass exterior doors which open our unit to a huge outdoor balcony for both romantic al fresco dining and socializing on high quality outdoor furniture for 8 guests. So our living area is spacious.

Our living room has a high quality couch and recliner chair, lovely and original artwork, secure high-speed wifi and both privacy and black-out blinds. It also has a 65 inch Roku flat screen smart TV which is on a swivel so that you can enjoy it in the master bedroom, living room and sundeck.

Our condo includes: three air conditioning units with remote controls, 3 ceiling fans, an excellent lighting system, a stainless steel double-door fridge with a bottom freezer, a gas oven & stove with a hood fan, a very quiet dishwasher, a microwave, a washer & dryer and a tankless water heater. It has many small appliances plus a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a slow cooker and an air fryer. It has dishes for 8 and all the necessary kitchen equipment to make gourmet meals.
The master bedroom features a live-edge parota headboard, and a quality king pillow-top coil mattress.
The second bedroom has a quality queen pillow-top coil and foam mattress. Both three-piece bathrooms include a large walk-in shower with a glass door.

Our condo is secured with a digital lock/passcode which is changed after each renter.

Peek Into Our World

Bucerias is characterized by its cobbled stone streets, brightly painted houses, its main square, its beaches and seaside restaurants and a craft market. The Golden Zone to the south of the main square is higher end. It stands out for its galleries, restaurants and bars located with walking distance on the pedestrian friendly Ave. Lazaro Cárdenas.

The beach of Bucerias with its calm waves is ideal for those looking for a beachside location. It is distinguished by its golden sand, One can walk for miles along its fine grained sandy beach.

Bucerias is close for day trips to the charming towns of Sayulita, Punta Mita, La Cruz & San Pancho. It is also definitely worth the one hour drive to the very exciting and beautiful European feeling city of Puerto Vallarta (Saturday afternoon and evening or Sunday are the best).

Regarding transportation, there is a taxi stand near our condo and a dedicated parking spot right in front of the building if you decide bring your own vehicle or rent one. There are also very affordable and frequent buses and minivans along the highway which many North Americans use.

Tizate is a quick five minute drive to Bucerias Central, the Golden Zone and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. You can easily order an inexpensive Uber or related service or a taxi or rent your own car and use our covered parking space.

You can stroll for miles on unspoiled beaches or just relax. Our condo provides the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation and adventure. We are fully gated and have 24/7 security.
